1. Introduction 

Welcome to Kessler Elliott (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or making a purchase through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before ordering. 

2. Orders & Customization 

  • We sell custom charm jewelry, including necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, scarves, and bolo accessories. 

  • Custom orders are created via our charm trays and a conversational customization process. Orders are subject to customization availability and charm inventory. 

  • Submit questions or order requests via Instagram @kesslerelliottco or through the website “Book Us” / “Contact” pages. 

3. Pricing & Payment 

  • All prices include U.S. sales tax where applicable. 

  • Payments accepted via: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or unauthorized payment methods. 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $250. 

  • Shipping costs for orders under $250 are calculated at checkout. 

  • Delivery times vary depending on customization complexity and shipping destination. 

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when merchandise leaves our facility. 

5. Returns & Refunds 

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for non-customized items in original condition with tags. Custom pieces are non‑returnable. 

  • Refunds issue via original payment method once return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Exchanges may be permitted at our discretion; contact us via email to process a return with your order number at info@kesslerelliott.com. 

6. Events & Pop‑Ups 

  • We support home/pop‑up events (“Book Us”) for group DIY charm-tray experiences. 

  • Event details (fee, location, scheduling) arranged in advance via the website or Instagram. 

  • Cancellations within [7] days of event may incur a fee. 

7. Intellectual Property 

  • All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright owned by Kessler Elliott. 

  • You may view and print content for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute it without permission. 

8. Privacy & Data Use 

  • Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. 

  • By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information disclosed therein. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your purchase or use of our products or services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, U.S.A. 

  • Any disputes related to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via email or a site banner prior to implementation.
